from this thread http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/flu...ry-values.html

I'm working on QMOM method

but from the literature quote ''The initial moments can be calculated using initial PSD ''

like this one

http://upic.me/i/52/f9ott.jpg

How can I apply my initial PSD data ? I have my mean particle diameter.

I have tried Rosin-Rameler [define > injections > surface injected. ] but nothing works.

Thanks in advance.

At least please tell me how can I calculate the moments for boundary values

When using QMOM method to solve the PBE's Fluent requires boundary values for each moment ( 0 to 5 )

Please help!
