In Fluent Tutorial Guide page 771. I've seen that when modeling the surface chemistry, the tutorial is using different Enthalpy and Entropy term for same phase of the same material. I don't really understand. Can anyone explain why they want to set different enthalpy and entropy value for same material?
Thank you!

Ga_s is a solid phase. At 298K, the enthalpy of formation of Ga element at its stable phase should be 0. Is that correct? Can you further expain? Thanks!
