Default Rotation axis in periodic boundary domain

cfdkorea is on a distinguished road
Well I have to model a disk which is rotating. To save the computational effort I am modelling its 1/5th quadrant and applying periodic boundary. Somhow t is not working my velocity vectors are not showing rotationa and velocity is higher than expected. Any help please.
