Sudheesh1979 is on a distinguished road
Hello,

I am trying to do a 2D VIV simulation of rigidly connected four independent cylinders. I am able to obtain the realistic VIV response of the system after merging the four cylinders into one rigid wall zone and using dynamic mesh in the surrounding fluid region. A UDF was compiled to calculate the dynamic forces and response of the system.

However I am unable to obtain the drag and lift coefficients of the individual cylinders after merging as the FLUENT is computing the total drag and lift coefficients of the system.

I request if somebody can help me with a way to calculate the individual drag/lift coefficients of the cylinders.

Thanks
Sudheesh
