Default solution schemes for given boundary condition

Anyone please suggest me the solution schemes for a chamber with bottom moving wall compresses and ejects air through an orifice and the orifice exit is in a turbulent boundary layer flow. please also suggest the recommended timestep size and max iterations per time step
