Hi all,
Want to know if there is a preference for what should or should be used with regard to accurately modelling a rotating wheel/s on a car body. The rim is closed (no spokes). Wheel then partial closed off by body fairing. Is there a do and do not for attempting to model such a structure?. Previous experience is rigid body motion(sliding mesh) for turbines in STAR, but not sure if things change if the wheel is solid. Any input appreciated, Fields |
