Hi everyone,
I have a problem about "Temperature Limited Problem". BC's of geometry are inlet=308 K and surface temperature of wall is 293 K. But some point temperature is nearly 2437K to 5000K. How can I solve this Problem ? Anyone can help me ? I tried lots of methods. For example I increased mesh elements. 2000000 is enough but increased 4000000 mesh elements and I changed convergence criteria and changed solution methods but I can not find anything. Outlet BC is pressure outlet and default of program of specification method under Momentum title gives intensity and viscosity but my solution model is k-e therefore I changed intensity/viscosity to k-e but this method did not help me. Anyone can help me ? (Note: inlet and outlet hydraulic diameter of my geometry is not same.) Thanks for helps. Best wishes |

What is the geometry and where is this peak temperature found? Perhaps include a temperature contour plot.
What are the initial conditions and is the flow steady or transient? |
