Dear all,
I am trying to simulate the conjugate heat transfer in Fluent. It's a 2D plate where at top of the plate I have periodic flow and at the bottom I have wall convection and at the left and right it's adiabatic. The issue is when I make periodic zone at top of the plate and assign periodic boundary condition, I have to choose a constant wall temperature for the the interface between solid and fluid, however it should be coupled. The reason is that this is the condition that should be imposed when we choose periodic boundary for the flow(the BC for surrounding walls should be either constant temperature or zero heat flux). Is there any way to have the periodic BC and coupled wall both together? I will appreciate if someone could help me with this. Thanks |
