Hi all,
I am modelling a steady state case for a cavity between two rotating turbine disks. I am using the SST k-w-model and the pressure based solver. There are multiple mass-flow inlets into the cavity and four outlets out of the cavity. All of the outlets are pressure outlets from which one is specified with a target mass flow rate. After running the case for a while I switched two of the remaining pressure outlets to target mass flow rates too. I did this one after the other to let the system stabilize for a while. Now I have the problem that the two biggest inlets (equal in mass flow) show more than double the inlet mass flow to what I specified and according to this the pressure outlet has double the oulet as well. I have no clue what might be causing the problem. The problem occures more or less from the beginning of the simulation. Thanks for your help! |
