2D, VOF, AIR and WATER flow, around circle, what's wrong ?

Hey, I am doing tests, before finally, I will do 3d around ship 2 phase flow.

I have problem, at the end od farfield, just next to water pressure-outlet. There is weird high pressure area, how to reapair that ?

VOF, k-omega, 2 phases flow air, water, water-air surface tension 0.073, 2 velocity inlets air+BC, 2 pressure outlets; waterout+OpenChannel.

Why implicit method?

Is your mathematically necessary time step much lower than the physical time step that would give you enough information?

I would like to see something like this http://www.tafsm.org/PROJ/FSF/cylflow2.jpg , how to make it ? In that case, i will change simulation for explicit and make biger time step size.
