Default how can I get the net heat transfer rate in every time step?

Hello friends!
When I click report-reslult reports-Fluxes-total heat trasnfer rate .If we choose all the boudaries we can know the net total heat transfer rate .
My problem is :If My case is an unsteady problem how can I get the net heat transfer rate in every time step.And can we get the net total heat transfer rate not let the fluent stop running?
