Hi everybody!
I am trying to set up a simulation of a co-rotating twin-screw extruder on ANSYS Fluent. I need some help regarding the setting of the screws motion using the dynamic mesh and, in particular, tips about the more suitable method to choose in the dynamic mesh menu. I'd like to know something more about the type od dynamic mesh zone applicable to the parts. I also need to know if the screws rotation must be defined as motion wall in boundary conditions and which UDF (CG_MOTION o GRID_MOTION) is more suitable. Thank you |
