Hello,
My question is about Acoustic pressure in Fluent. when we plot the total pressure contour it shows us the summation of the dynamic and static pressure but what about the Acoustic pressure ? is it included in the total pressure ? and if not can we only get that value from the receiver data file or is there another way to get it? and can't we plot the acoustic pressure contour in Fluent?

P.SAcoustic Model was activated and receivers were setup.

Hi

i know that this topic may be old but i have the similar problem.
i used fluent to simulate the acoustic signal at a receiver and i can get it's plot in fluent but i don't have excess to it's result. i want to have it's result in a tex file.

did you find any solution for your problem that may help me??

i appreciate your replay.

i solved the problem by "compute acoustic signals simultaneously" in export option. when you choose that option you can have access to pressure signal.
