I have a forced convection case with temperature-dependent fluid properties, defined as polynomials. At a certain point during the solution, I would like to "freeze" the property field (e.g. density), i.e. prevent the solver from updating the temp-dependent properties, while proceeding with iterations for the governing equations. Does anybody know if there is a way to do this in FLUENT?

since you have a dependence on the temperature your density will be non uniform all over your domain. unless you define an average for it and change it manually from polynomial to constant, I don't think there's any other way to do it.
