I need fluent to run on parallel with 32 cores - using a Linux cluster.
Can somebody who has experience in this field give me suggestions about what is the optimum best practices to speed up parallel computations? At the moment I am using 1) SSH 2) OpenMPI 3) Partition : Metis 4) Not using stored paritions 5) Partitioning across zones. Is this the right method? is there any other way to enhance the speed of parallel calculations? What methods do you guys use? Many thanks in advance Regards Shereez |
