Hi
I want to simulate a gas pipe that buried in the soil with Fluent...my Purpose is calculation amount of gas leak from a hole on the pipe my questions: 1) for simulation of soil, I should use porous condition?? 2) I never work on on porous zone in Fluent... I have two volumes in gamit.(1.cube region without pipe 2.pipe). in the Zones menu of Gambit, what Type (FLUID or SOLID), I should select for anyone of volumes?? 3) in the Porous Zone menu of Fluent: -what is "Direction-1" & "Direction-2" fields? -- what is "Viscous Resistance" & "Inertial Resistance" and how to compute them? ---How to compute C0 & C1???(Power Law Model field) Thanks a lot |
