Hi Guys,
I am trying to run a 2 way FSI simulation using the command window. I need to run it via the command window as I will need to run it on a HPC system in the future. I have created the .dat file from the structural system, the .cas file on the using the fluent system and the .sci from the system coupling system. I also need a fluent journal file that is needed to run Fluent in batch, read the .cas file and solve it. I used a journal file that was given in an example, which is as follows: file/start-transcript "Solution 2.trn" file set-batch-options , yes , file/read-case/fluidFlow.cas solve/initialize/initialize-flow (sc-solve) wcd FluentRestart.cas.gz exit ok However when I try to run this on command window it does not appear to do anything. The fluent command window finishes executing but the other two for (structural and system coupling) are still running. I am think it is because of the journal file that I have used. Does anyone know how to write a journal file like this or where I could get any help. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Hi!
Have you figured out how to run the 2-way-fsi on the HPC? Because I am also having this problem... Best regards, Conny |
