Hi,
I want to model the effect wall roughness has on slowing down the flow for a model I'm running, I was hoping someone could clarify the wall roughness boundary conditions box for me. my understanding is; roughness height is the same as absolute roughness value found in places like the engineering toolbox and roughness constant between 0.5-1 indicates how uniform the roughness particles are, with 0.5 being uniform and 1 not being uniform at all. Is this correct? Thanks |
