Dear all,
Let say I got a square pipe. I am trying to make a surface that is 1/2 the height and full width which means effectively an rectangular shape. But it appears that I created in ICEM and the surface is not shown in the boundary list in the Fluent. Is it impossible to create surface that is half suspended? I plan to release some particle using DPM approach. Thanks Regards, Jee |

Hi all,
I think I have solved the problem. I associated the blocks between two surfaces to the plane and the surface appears in Fluent. However, is it worth noting that the surface will be a solid wall which deflect the fluid. Hence, it should be specified with "interior". Hope get it right this time. Cheers, Jee |
