coupled face dont work

hi every one,
i have problem,with coupled face . my geometry is cylinder that is surrounded by hot water,in BC i see shadow of face which is between hot water and cold fluid that mean its coupled.
but when my solve finished,it seems that its not coupled and water still hot and interior fluid is still cold.
i dont know what is wrong?

does any body help me?

hi every one i have problem.
in my fluent show shadow of interior wall ,but it don't work.
in gambit i have two zone water flow in cylinder and air of environment.when hot flow pass the cylinder ,air don't have any changes.
