I am trying to use the real gas models for high pressure supersonic jet flows in Fluent (2D steady axisymmetric). I have calculated many iterations starting from ideal gas results, but the concentration fields do not change. The ideal gas calculations showed vortices moving downstream through the mixing layer outside the jet, but these vortices do not move with the real gas models. Co~0.4 as in the ideal gas case.

I know it is a vew years later, but right now I tried to search for this kind of problem. |
