Hi guys,
I am doing the mesh independent study. I have created four different meshes: - coarse (about 10000 cells) - fine1 (about 40000 cells) - fine2 (about 160000 cells) - fine3 (about 640000 cells) After calculation I did the plots of velocity at the outlet section and along perpendicular lines to outlet section. I attached them. And my question is why accordance with 'outlet' the best matched are fine1 and coarse, while according to 'perp_outlet' the best matched are fine1 and fine2. The theoretically the best match should show fine2 & fine3. What causes this incompatibility? |
