Default how define surface tension of water on aluminum?

I am doing simulation of water over a fin-tube made of Aluminium in the presence of air.I want to define surface tension of WATER on ALUMINUM.But there is only option of water and air suface tension. How can i define al and water surface tension. Kindly help me.I will be thankful to you
