Hello
my case is simulating Convergent-Divergent Nozzle with NPR=4.0 the simulation results of k-e STD turbulent model shows good results compared to the experimental readings. however the problem is that i got bad results for static pressure on the inner surface of the nozzle when using K-w SST and K-e RNG models. as shown in the attached figures. i tried different mesh configurations , also a different Y+ values ( 0.5, 1 , 30 and 200) all have small impact on the results . and results are almost mesh Independence. please i need advice to achieve an acceptable results for K-w SST and k-e RNG. i think the problem is about separation after the minimum area of the nozzle. need advice abut Models corrections , constants corrections or mesh requirements modifications. Thanks For your Help Attached: Pressure Results For Turbulent Models Velocity Mach Number k-e STD Velocity Mach Number k-e RNG |
