How to do a HPDC study case with Fluent?

Dear All
I wonder if any one use Fluent on HPDC Case study. I need to know how you deal with the aluminum molten material properties? and How you deal with the initial volume of metal and with its dynamic mesh? Hope any one can help. Mohamed Refaat. |

There is a solidification tutorial which is about casting process. The tutorial is simple but it might help you.

Thanks for reply but the tutorial was too simple to cover my case. Hope any one can help using
