Default Simulating internal & external pipe flow simultaneously

Hi everybody,

I am quite new to Fluent and I am trying to simulate a pipe with both external and internal flows at the same time. I was wondering if anyone could help me with the meshing and boundary conditions. If you could guide me to a tutorial it would be great.
