Hello

I'm doing a research paper about investigating the effect of the burner in the performance of an Arabic bread baking Oven called "Tanoor"which look like Pizza Oven, see the picture in the attachment .I still struggling to model this system since I completely new topic to me.

The liquid used for combustion is kerosene, it is non-premixed combustion since the air flows through the opening and filled the spherical vacuum.

Anyone can help me with anything will do big favor to me
