Hi there,

I'm relatively new to CFD and i'm trying to model a laminar air-flow through a pipe and calculate the pressure drop across the pipe to validate the CFD results.

The only thing is, how do I actually obtain the pressure values at the outlet? I used 'contours of total pressure' but it just shows up as all red apart from a lower pressure boundary layer at the pipe walls - so it just looks like there is no pressure loss at all.

Thanks for any help

I have just found the use of plots, and I can plot the total pressure of the flow along the centerline of my axisymmetric model. only thing is The pressure increases from 7.21 Pascals to 7.25 Pascals along the pipe. Shouldn't the pressure decrease?

Thanks
