Hi,
I am trying to validate the two concentric cylinder radiation case. (case VMFL061 in the ANSYS FLUID DYNAMICS VERIFICATION MANUAL ). The radiation flux for the inner cylinder is in agreement with the S2S radiation theory. However the radiation flux value for the outer cylinder is pretty strange. Wondering if anybody working with radiation in fluent could share his thoughts about that. I am attaching a figure to help make my point. Any comment is very welcome Alex |
