Default tank draining by gravity to another tank

engineer.iman is on a distinguished road
can any one help me please with some tips, how to draw the following geometry in design modeler?
the tanks are of the same size and with circular cross section, the water flows from the first tank to the second by gravity effect through the pipe which has a fitting at the inlet an outlet changing the diameter from 2" to 4"
