Hello,
I'm a student in master's degree in France and I have a project to do on Fluent with a friend. For this we chose a drying process of a powder with an air flow to "collect" the water which has been evaporated. The system consists in a conductive plate (1m²) with a contact temperature between the plate and the powder of 150°C. We know that the geometry will be in 3D, and we will use the k-epsilon model for the air flow. But we don't how we can do to insert the mass transfer of water between the powder and the air flow in Fluent. If anybody knows how to do this part in Fluent some help is welcome. Thank you in advance for your answers. |

hi
i understand that your project has multiphase physics so you have to work with the eulerian option , there you can specify the mass transfer |
