Please, i need a clarification. Is convergence criterion (residual value) related with grid size? otherwise on which basis we choose the convergence criterion?

Cell size doesn't go directly into the calculation of residuals.
But different mesh arrangements will give rise to different solution fields which can change eventually cause different residuals to be calculated. Hopefully the difference is small so that the mesh dependency is negligible. |

Thank you so much for your valuable time..
may i know how the different discretization scheme (order of accuracy) relates with while taking convergence criterion (residual) value. can u elaborate.. |
