Hi
Please I need your help, The nitrogen flows in through the inlet with a uniform velocity of 22.6m/s passes trough a porous media and then exit through the outlet. I prepared my geometry as a cylindrical porous media in gambit then I exported it to fluent. I want to observe how my velocity changes after passing trough the porous media. I followed all steps mentioned in the tutorial"http://aerojet.engr.ucdavis.edu/fluenthelp/html/tg/node105.htm" but I find the erroneous resutls: the velocity is uniform and equal a zero in the porous media and in the inlet and outlet pipe whitch is not true. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Aicha |
