I_Fedorov is on a distinguished road
Good day. It would be great if somebody could help me.
I`ve got a problem with modeling flow with heat transfer in bottom-hole zone. I`ve got porous media and pipe. All boundary conditions you can see on pictures. (NKT-pipe, POR-porous media)
I`ve got this setup for fluent:
General: Transient, Pressure-based, 2D Planar.
Models: Energy-ON, Viscous-Laminar.
Materials: Water liquid.
Cell Zone: NKT – water liquid, POR – water liquid porous zone.
Porous zone: Direction-1 X:1 Y:0, Relative velocity resistance formulation- ON, Viscous Resistance Dir-1 1e+12 Dir-2 1e+12, Porosity 0.7, Non equlibrium thermal model.
Boundary: IN – pressure inlet 1e+7 Pa, OUT – pressure outlet 9e+6 Pa, Temp for both 283 K, HEAT – heat flux 1000.
Solution method: Coupled, Pressure PRESTO!, Bounded Second Order Implicit
Solution Controls: Courant Number 5, Relaxation Factors 0,5 for both
Hybrid Initialization
Time Step 0,1 Max Iterations 20
After I set up boundary condition on OUT Fluent show me this message: Warning: Flow boundary zone 14 (same with IN boundary) is adjacent to a solid zone (4). This problem MUST be fixed before solution can proceed.
When I try to start calculation, Fluent shut down.
How can I solve this problem?
