If i have a model that needs to be separated into two parts, in which one's outlet is the other one's inlet, as first simulation has been done and the outlet values known (etc. species concentration, velocity... field distributions) how to manage and prescribe that information on the other model's inlet?

Thank you in advance

Sincerely,

Edgaras M.
