If I run a case and get the .cas and .cdat files for use with cfd-post I noticed this strange error.

If I have the two files, say:

tmp_9_18_14-0004.cas
tmp_9_18_14-0004.cdat

and I use them in cfd-post, every thing is fine. I can see the data from the first saved timestep, which is the 4th timestep.

But if new data becomes available, say

tmp_9_18_14-0008.cdat
tmp_9_18_14-0012.cdat

then in cfd-post I can select any timestep except the first one for data visualization. If I select the first timestep, I get the error shown in the image. This always works and is reproducible.

Does anyone know why I can see the first saved timestep as long as it is the only loaded timestep? Again, I can see the data only if there is only the first timestep available. If there is more than one saved timestep available, then I can never see the first saved timestep without this error.
