HI. fellows.
I'm doing a coal gasificaiton simulation, steady-state solver. After the simulation with 3000 iterations(but still residual graph shows very unstable), i've found something wrong in the result. so i've checked other things seriously and found there's mass imbalance in this simulation. mass flow in inlet and outlet had quiet different value. There was the warning of reverse flow in outlet and i think this is the reason.(am I right?) Other articles what i have read used this procedure. 1. 'only fluid flow' first 2. add coal particle 3. add chemical reaciton but in my tries there was not divergence error which make the calculation stop, and so I did fully-adapted conditions. may be this is the reason, too.. would you give me some tips please..? |
