Time Step for boiling HELP!!!

Hi. My name is Luis and I am running a simulation about heating and boiling of water. It's a transient simulation. I am using 0.001 like time step. Is this a good time step?. The simulation is very slow. Can I to change the time step after a few iterations?.
Please somebody help me! Thanks. |
