Hi,
I am doing an unsteady 2D axisymmetric simulation of a particle-laden flow and would like to collect data at given surfaces for postprocessing. I am using the sampling option available under the report menu. The task seems to be simple. We just have to chose the surface and the injection and click start and let the code run for some iteration then click stop. to save the data in the same files we have to activate the append option.
The problem is that I check the the append option is working properly by repeating the procedure for two or three time steps but when I let the code run for say 24 hours, there is no update when I click on stop.

I will be grateful if someone could help solving this issue.
