Hello everyone,
What are the mesh requirements for spray modelling using the discrete phase model (dpm) in FLUENT. Is there any limitations on the grid size? Should the cell size be greater than the particle or droplet diameter?
Thanks

Does anyone here have experience in spray modelling?

Hi
the grid size must be lower than the diameter of injector, of course in the vicinity of the injector.
you must fine the mesh as far the breaking of the droplets happen.
