creating velocity inlet in a cetain part of a face

Hi all,
I'm new to cfd. I'm trying to model a rectangular plate fin. In the bottom there is a chip. and it is surrounded by an enclosure, on the top of the enclosure, I want to select certain area and name it as velocity inlet. I'm using workbench 14.5. please help me.. thanking in advance. |

create a plane at the face of the enclosure, where you want inlet and start sketching your inlet profile, then click extrude in that see the option for add material,select the drop down list and select imprint face and give generate.
