Hello everyone,
I am doing transient flow simulation in ansys fluent 14.5. I need to obtain y+ value in my model but I'm confused about which value to check. i'm looking at the y+ value on the wall in my model under 'surface integral'. there are 'vertex average', 'vertex minimum' and 'vertex maximum' under the 'report type', each of these has different value for y+ and none is similar to the calculated value that i made initially. Please help kindly help. thanks |

Hello Majpee,
I think you'd better calculate Y+ on a wall from Area-Average Menu. Regards
