Time option for circulation fluidized bed reactor

I am modeling a circulating fluidzed bed reactor. I am new with fluent.
Which time option I should choose and please guide me about meshing. How to patch the sand in it. I dont want to use udf because it make it complex. Thanks in advance for your help |
