Hi all,
I am simulating a 1-d constant pressure combustion problem in chemkin. It is a premixed laminar flame simulation.Mass flow inlet and pressure outlet. For this problem, we don't need to worry about momentum equation because pressure has already known. We only need to solve continuity equation, energy equation, species equation and ideal gas equation. Now I want to do the same thing in Fluent. However, it seems like difficult to set up a constant pressure condition in fluent.Does anyone has any idea about this?or can I disable momentum equation individually?I try to use DEFINE_SOURCE in UDF to eliminate momentum equation, but i don't know if is a correct way to do this. Is there anyone knows how to set up a constant pressure condition for a 1-d pipe?or how to disable momentum equation? Thanks Last edited by Shanglong; March 19, 2014 at 08:31.
