Hi everybody,
I am working on the active control of boundary layer and trying to modelize a pulse jet localized on the suction side as shown on this picture: I tried to set a sinusoidal velocity to get a blowing/sucking system however as soon as the velocity goes under zero, the calculation diverges and in addition, the velocity resulting is not negative but extremly high (3000 m/s instead of -150 m/s ) So my question is: is it possible to set a negative velocity to modelize suction ? and if yes, how should i do ? Note that I want to modelize blowing and sucking, so I don't want to set a pressure outlet to only get a suction surface. Thank you, Cheers, Julien |
