I am trying to calculate the cell averaged velocity particles and store them in user defined memory at the end of each particle trajectory calculation. How can I calculate this based on the equation in the attached picture? I am aware of macros to calculate the denominator, but have no idea how to evaluate the numerator part. The mdot term is the mass flow rate of each stream inside the cell. Tin and Tout are the time at which the particle enters and leaves the cell and v inside the integral is the particle velocity at current position I believe.

Hi,

I am also working on this project. We can share our knowledge. I am professional in UDF programming, but new in Electrostatic Precipitators. Please add me in skype to talk about it.
