KhXeR is on a distinguished road
I understand that mesh adaption is used to accurately capture flow features.
It is also told in CFD wiki that there are three different types of adaptive mesh refinements; r, h and p.
However it is not told how to achieve these refinements. If anyone can please guide me on that.
