flow separation observation in fluent

hello, i am a newb in fluent. just started working on micropump. i have to calculate the percentage of a period when flow separation occurs. i have already completed my simulation with necessary conditions. but how will i understand if flow separation occurring or not
PS: my supervisor told me to use velocity streamline contours but still i am not sure how that helps me to visualize flow separation |
