Default Diameter of injected particle

I am running a 2D model (laminar,transient), and I am trying to track a single particle. What is the range of diameters for particles I can pick? . I am not using DPM model (Both the particle and the cavity are water liquid). The diameter size default is 1e-6m. Can I use 200e-6m???
