Hi Vinerm again,
Could you advise how Fluent calculates the Liquid fraction (beta) at the initial condition (T0) for Lever rule please? After initialized, it shows me expected Tliquid, Tsol (homogeneous) but beta is not as expected. This beta is not the same as either linear beta=(T0-Tsol)/(Tliq-Tsol) or beta by Lever rule (C0-Cs)/(Cl-Cs) at T0. Looks like some power laws is used to calc beta but why not mentioned in Fluent background? Any advice would be appreciated. |
